Brush-Grade Acrylic Flashing (Formally WeatherCote Elastomeric Flashing Grade)

GAF Brush-Grade Acrylic Flashing is a water-based, high solids elastomeric sealant. Its thick consistency allows it to be easily worked into vertical seams on metal roofs, gaps in flashings and around protrusions, and into heavily alligatored areas in weathered built-up roofing.

APPROVED SUBSTRATES
New and existing metal, concrete, TPO, PVC, Hypalon®, EPDM, polyiso, gypsum roof board, and asphaltic roofs. New TPO and asphaltic roofs should be weathered for at least 30 days. Do NOT use on gravel-surfaced roofs or shingle roofs.
